Not share your account credentials with any third party
Account Restrictions
You may not create an account if previously suspended or banned
One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts without permission

Browse and search gem listings
Create authentic gem listings
Communicate with other users
Complete legitimate transactions
Leave honest reviews and feedback
Report policy violations
You May Not
Post false or fraudulent content
List counterfeit or illegal items
Manipulate prices or shill bid
Harass or threaten other users
Circumvent platform fees
Use automated bots or scrapers
Collect user data improperly
Interfere with platform security
Violate intellectual property

Transaction & Payment Terms
Marketplace Role:
We connect buyers and sellers but are not a party to your transactions.
Platform Role
The Platform serves as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We do not take possession of items listed for sale, and all transactions are conducted directly between users. We facilitate the transaction process but are not responsible for the actual exchange.
Binding Commitments
Placing an order creates a legally binding contract with the seller
Both parties must complete the transaction according to agreed terms
Cancellations must be mutually agreed upon by both parties
Non-completion may result in account penalties or suspension
Payment & Fees
Platform Fees
Listing and transaction fees as detailed on our Fees page
Payment Terms
Fees are due immediately upon listing or transaction completion
Refunds
Generally non-refundable except in case of our error
Non-Payment:
Failure to pay fees may result in account suspension, listing removal, and legal action.

Intellectual Property Rights
Platform Content
All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Your Content
By posting content on the Platform, you:
Retain full ownership of your original content
Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
Represent that you have all necessary rights to post the content
Accept responsibility for your content and any legal consequences
Warrant that your content doesn't infringe on third-party rights

No Responsibility for Transactions
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY, SAFETY, AUTHENTICITY, OR LEGALITY OF ITEMS LISTED, THE ACCURACY OF LISTINGS, THE ABILITY OF SELLERS TO SELL, OR THE ABILITY OF BUYERS TO PAY.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification
Your Responsibility:
You agree to protect us from legal claims arising from your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use or misuse of the Platform
Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
Your violation of any rights of another party
Your content or listings on the Platform
Your transactions with other users
Your breach of any applicable laws or regulations

Dispute Resolution
User Disputes
Disputes between users should first be resolved directly through communication. While we may offer assistance, we are not obligated to mediate or resolve user disputes.
Arbitration Agreement
Disputes between you and the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration
You waive your right to pursue disputes in court except where prohibited by law
You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits
Arbitration conducted under rules of the American Arbitration Association
Each party bears their own arbitration costs unless otherwise awarded
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Account Termination
By You
You may close your account anytime by contacting support or using account settings. Outstanding obligations remain due.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
Effect of Termination:
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive (payments, liabilities, disputes) remain in effect.

General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Platform
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Headings: Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation
