Transaction Terms

🤝 Marketplace Role: We connect buyers and sellers but are not a party to your transactions.
Platform Role
The Platform serves as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We do not take possession of items listed for sale, and all transactions are conducted directly between users. We facilitate the transaction process but are not responsible for the actual exchange.
Binding Commitments
Placing an order creates a legally binding contract with the seller
Both parties must complete the transaction according to agreed terms
Cancellations must be mutually agreed upon by both parties
Non-completion may result in account penalties or suspension
Payment & Delivery

Payments processed through secure third-party providers. You agree to their terms and authorize transaction amounts.
📦 Shipping
Sellers must ship within agreed timeframe. Buyers provide accurate addresses. Neither party liable for carrier delays.

Your Content

No Responsibility for Transactions
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY, SAFETY, AUTHENTICITY, OR LEGALITY OF ITEMS LISTED, THE ACCURACY OF LISTINGS, THE ABILITY OF SELLERS TO SELL, OR THE ABILITY OF BUYERS TO PAY.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Dispute Resolution

You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits

Each party bears their own arbitration costs unless otherwise awarded

Account Termination

You may close your account anytime by contacting support or using account settings. Outstanding obligations remain due.

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
📋 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive (payments, liabilities, disputes) remain in effect.
